Data controller

The data controller for the personal data collected through this site is Aquela SAS, CUIT 30-71952578-0, based in Córdoba, Argentina. Adversalia is a product of Aquela SAS. For any inquiry regarding the processing of personal data, contact hola@adversalia.com.

Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect the name, email address, and message content voluntarily provided by the person submitting it. We do not collect data automatically beyond the technical logs generated by the server while processing the request.

Purpose of processing

Data is used exclusively to respond to the inquiry received and, where applicable, to send communications directly related to that inquiry. It is not used for advertising, unsolicited commercial offers, or bulk mailing.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the consent of the data subject, given by completing and submitting the contact form, and on the legitimate interest in responding to an inquiry initiated by the person themselves.

Retention period

Data is retained for twelve months from the last contact with the data subject. After that period, it is deleted.

Data processors

We use Google Workspace to receive and manage email, which acts as a data processor. The site also depends on its hosting provider. We do not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.

International transfers

The use of Google Workspace may involve the transfer of data outside Argentina and the European Union. That transfer is covered by the safeguard mechanisms the provider offers for the international processing of data.

Data subject rights

Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by writing to hola@adversalia.com. In Argentina, the supervisory authority for personal data protection is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública. Residents of the European Union also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in their country of residence.

Security

The contact form applies technical and organizational measures to protect data: encryption in transit via HTTPS, strict validation of submitted input, access control on server logs, and the retention limit described above.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. The only data stored in the browser is the light/dark theme preference, saved locally via localStorage and used exclusively to remember that visual preference.

Legal framework

This document is governed by Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and, to the extent applicable to data subjects residing in the European Union, by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
